Admissions KG to 9

Admissions for classes UKG to 9 are made based on the vacancy available.

Rules For Admission In KG:

Age Criteria:

For Pre KG: Above 2 years as on the date of admission.
For LKG : Above 3 years as on 31 st July of the Academic year.
For UKG : Above 4 years as on 31 st July of the Academic year.

School Visit & Interaction with the Principal

Parents / Guardians are invited to visit the school campus to understand the culture and ethos of the Institution. A Personal discussion will be there with the Principal and students along with their Parents. This can be done by fixing a prior appointment through mail a cbec_nehruvidmhss@yahoo.co.in or via telephone 0422-2473109.

List of Documents Required at the Time of Admission

  • Photocopy of Birth Certificate
  • Photocopy of Community Certificate
  • Photocopy of Aadhar Card
  • Passport size Photograph
  • Original Mark sheet (Class 10 for Class 11 admission)
  • Original Transfer Certificate
  • EMIS Number

Acceptance of Admission

  • Students are welcomed on First Come, First Served basis depending on vacancies.
  • We conduct Entrance Exam to the child.
  • Selected candidates will be required to finish the Admission procedure within 10 days of the declaration of the result.
  • The school reserves the right to admissions. In all matters pertaining to admission, the decision of the Admission Committee will be final.

Examinations

The school conducts Formative Assessments and Summative Assessments to assess the students and the performance is discussed with the parents. For classes 10, 11 and 12 Periodic revision exams are conducted to enable the students to secure maximum marks in the board examinations.

Apart from the exams and tests, students are assigned projects which enable them to gain practical knowledge in the subjects and have hands on experience.

All the students are encouraged to participate in different inter school competitions conducted by NGOs and they bring laurels to the school.

Admission for the Higher Secondary Only Based on Merit
